Massage is a form of physical effects on the human body by mechanical stimuli, mainly in the form of pressure on tissue, the aim is to provoke the reaction of local and general; 
conversion of mechanical energy to electrical energy massage in the form of electrical impulse (change so. resting potential of the action potential). 

- One of the methods in the treatment of physical action = remove internal and external symptoms,
- Aim to influence therapeutic tissue locally and on the whole system.
Indications for Massage:

- Obesity
- Diabetes
- Convalescence
- Circulatory disorders of peripheral 
- Psychogenic neurosis
- Static disorder of the body
- In rickets
- In overweight

Contraindications for massage:

- Ill feverish
- In the state threatening haemorrhage, or bleeding (menstrual period)
- Cancer
- Skin diseases from eczema, ulcers
- Progressive muscular atrophy
- Syringomyelia indigenous
- Jitteriness Paralytic
- Infection of the bone marrow of fistulas
- Congenital dislocation
- Fragile bones
- Inflammation of the veins and arteries
- Atherosclerosis 3 and Grade 4
- Osteoporosis Grade 3
- Misaligned heart defects
- Aneurysms
- Pregnancy
- Abdominal wall and kidney stones in the liver, the bile duct inflammation, and genital diseases of the intestinal ulcers
- Inflammation of the pelvis.
